The location was perfect for visiting Kew Gardens and Hampton Court, making it an ideal base for our trip.
The room became quite warm without air conditioning, forcing us to keep the window open, which let in a fair amount of road noise.

Request a room away from the flight path for a quieter stay, as some rooms can be noisy.

What you’ll love and hate
Dining was commendable, with polite and helpful staff who made meals enjoyable. The room was well-proportioned and clean, exceeding expectations for a short stay.
Noise from outside was disruptive, with sounds from the street and activities in adjacent rooms making rest difficult.

Chur, we had a cozy stay! The breakfast was choice, but that coffee machine wasn’t the best. Heaps of space in the room and friendly staff made it sweet as.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely room having a powerful shower and a delicious breakfast that was just amazing! The only downside was the lack of curtains, making mornings a bit bright, but we'd definitely return!

comfortable room, nearby Legoland, good proximity to busy road
A plumbing system that fails to accommodate guest needs!!! Noise from flights and traffic detracts from an enjoyable stay!!! Attention to detail needs evaluation, as poorly hung blinds and unstraight headboards reflect neglect. Communicating issues seems pointless!!!

Family with children relishing stay
The room we had was spacious,, kids loved it, and the cleanliness was just top-notch. The breakfast options were generous. They had cereals and yoghurts on a 'help yourself' basis, made mornings easier for us.
Wasn't exactly cheap,, but all in all, we found the experience acceptable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely exceeded my expectations. It even had a nice table and chairs, which was a bonus! Maybe just a bit more tea and milk would’ve made it perfect. a sweet spot to relax after our day out.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Windsor with very good value for money. The staff at the bar were friendly, which made the evenings enjoyable. Try to request a room away from the main street for a better night’s sleep.

Comfy stay with a nice vibe
Stayed here for a night and loved the big flat-screen TV and comfy bed! The dining area was chill, perfect for grabbing a drink. Wish the bathroom shower worked better, though—definitely something they need to sort out. if you're in a rush, breakfast is kinda late for early birds.
